This website is operated by VivéLume ("we", "us", "our"), based in British Columbia, Canada. By visiting this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

3. Health and wellness products

Our products are intended for general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice.

Always read product labels and follow the directions. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition, talk to a qualified health professional before using any supplement, herbal tea or new product. Stop using a product if you have a reaction.

Product descriptions are based on information from the makers. We aim for accuracy but can't guarantee that every description, ingredient list or image is complete or error-free. The label on the product you receive takes priority.

Many products sold here are made and shipped by independent makers and partners. They are responsible for making, packaging and labelling their products. Product availability, packaging and formulas may change without notice.

5. Prices and orders

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We can refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or limited stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. We may limit quantities per customer.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Digital products

Digital downloads are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell or redistribute them.

8. Intellectual property

The VivéLume name, logo, designs, text and images on this website belong to us or our partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, comments or ideas, you allow us to use them to run and promote our store. Don't submit anything unlawful, offensive or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
